Session Length and Costs: 

Session Format:

• Individual & Couple Counseling: 30, 50, 90, or 120-minute sessions

Rates:

• Free 15-25-minute consult call
• Free 25-minute session for the initial Boxing-Somatic Protocol
• Average Session Fee: $140 for a 48-53 minute session.
  • If we do the full protocol for ART or EMDR, the session will take 75-120 minutes, and the cost is adjusted to that session length:
    • 75-minute session – $185
    • 90-minute session – $215
    • 120-minute session – $265

Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. I am not paneled with any specific insurance companies, but you could still be reimbursed in part or in full by your insurance company as I can provide a superbill to you to submit to your insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits, and are those applied to Out-of-Network providers? 
  • Will you accept superbills for providers that are not paneled directly with this insurance (aka out-of-network providers)? 
• What is my deductible, and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

During our first session, we will discuss your concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and whether we are a good fit to work together. From there, we can create a personalized treatment plan that supports your goals and fits into your everyday life.

Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
